The application of lotus fiber in textile can be traced back to hundreds of years ago. The Inka people of Burma still keep the traditional craft of making lotus fiber by hand.
Lotus fiber is light, breathable and wrapped in a helical structure. Its softness, superior air permeability and crease resistance make it ideal for use in textiles.
Local women can only produce 120 grams of finished products by hand every day, and only 50 meters of cloth per month, which is very limited.

Lotus protein fiber is a new functional cellulose fiber developed by Hangzhou Youbiao Technoloogy Co.,Ltd. after 5 years hard R&D process. It is a new generation plant protein fiber which are prepared through special spinning technic with extract of lotus leaves, lotus seeds and wooden cellulose as raw materials. Derived from natural, and could be natural degradated, also it is resistant to UV same to green plant, Water conservation and generate negative oxygen ions, it is a new healthy fiber.
